The city hereby offers a reward of $100.00 for the arrest and
conviction of any person found guilty of committing the crime of arson
within the corporate limits of the city. This reward is a standing
offer, and shall be paid out of the general fund of the city.

The burning of any quantity of trash, rubbish, garbage, brush,
trees, paper products, construction materials, etc., is prohibited
in all zoning districts.
