It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or cause to be
driven, or operate or maintain, any motor vehicle, motor truck, trailer,
or any other vehicle having thereon, or attached thereto, a tank or
other receptacle used for the carrying of gasoline, butane, propane,
methane, octane, pentane, or any other kind of liquefied petroleum
or natural gas products, over any street or streets, alley or alleys,
within the city, except the hereinafter specifically designated streets:
Bee Cave Road, also known as Farm to Market Road 2244, as it
is situated within the city.

It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain any motor truck,
motor vehicle, trailer, or any other vehicle having thereon, or attached
thereto, a tank or other receptacle filled or partially filled with
gasoline, butane, propane, methane, octane, pentane, or any other
kind of liquefied petroleum or natural gas products, at any place
within the city.

Any person violating any of the terms or provisions of this
article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof
shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $500.00.
