ARTICLE 34.04 HILL COUNTRY CORRIDOR STREETS AND ROADS

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Hill Country Corridor.

Identified streets or roads that are recognized for their noteworthy scenic view.

§ 34.04.002 Purpose.

The purpose of this article is to recognize noteworthy scenic roads and streets within the corporate city limits by establishing a Hill Country Corridor so the city may establish and enforce regulations to protect the scenic qualities of said corridor.

§ 34.04.003 Applicability.

This article applies to identified Hill Country Corridor Streets set forth in section 34.04.004 of this article.

§ 34.04.004 Hill country corridor streets and roads identified.

The Hill Country Corridor is the land within the city’s corporate limits, including the streets and/or roads and extending 1,000 ft. from each side of the right-of-way of the following streets and/or roads:

(1)

Loop 360 (Capital of Texas Highway); and

(2)

Bee Cave Road.

§ 34.04.005 Regulations.

All area within the designated Hill Country Corridor shall be compliant with all applicable regulations in this code.
