Certain documents, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the city clerk, being marked and designated as the 2012 International Fuel Gas Code, as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the fuel gas code of the city, for the control of fuel gas systems as herein provided and each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of said 2012 International Fuel Gas Code, published by the International Code Council, on file in the office of the city clerk are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this division, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in section 3.02.382 of this division.
