Residents of the village who fail to pay their solid waste and recycling collection service bills in a timely manner shall be sent a letter indicating that solid waste and recycling collection service will be terminated if their account is not made current and advising them that, in the event that service is terminated, a fee in the amount established by city council for reestablishing service shall be charged.
