The 2021 International Plumbing Code, together with existing
amendments and amendments hereinafter, are incorporated by reference
and are hereby adopted by reference as though they were copied herein
fully. A copy of this code is on file with the city.

No license shall be used to qualify more than one person as
a master plumber, maintenance plumber and/or journeyman, and a license
shall not be used to obtain a permit for any plumbing work, other
than that contracted for by the licensee. Only a master plumber shall
be allowed to obtain permits.
