The following rules, which the city shall post at all pool entrances, shall apply to all public swimming pools under the jurisdiction of the city:

No running on the sidewalk or anywhere within the fenced pool area.
(2)
Motor vehicles or bicycles are allowed only in the designated areas.
(3)
No more than one person on the diving board at any one time.
(4)
Handstands or cartwheels off the diving board are prohibited.
(5)
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited within the fenced pool area and in the park in which the swimming pool is located.
(6)
Glass containers are prohibited within the fenced pool area.
(7)
No children under the age of ten (10) years shall be allowed within the fenced pool area unless accompanied by an adult.
(8)
Fighting or horseplay is prohibited within the fenced pool area or in the swimming pool.
(9)
Styrofoam is prohibited within the fenced pool area.
(10)
Smoking is prohibited within the fenced pool area.
(11)
Babies must wear a swimsuit or other appropriate diaper cover in the swimming pool.
(12)
Rafts are prohibited within the fenced pool area.
(13)
Firearms or weapons are prohibited within the fenced pool area.
(14)
Bathing suits must be worn by all persons in the swimming pool; no nudity will be allowed within the fenced pool area or in the park where the pool is located.
(15)
All rubbish, refuse, garbage, or other material shall be deposited in receptacles; littering is prohibited within the fenced swimming pool area.
