(a) “Brush” shall be defined to include but not be limited
to branches or limbs from trees, shrubs, bushes or plants.
(b) Any person, firm or corporation which displays, exhibits and sets
bulky items and/or brush in the front of their premises more than
three (3) days before their scheduled date for pickup by the city’s
independent contractor for the removal of solid waste shall, upon
conviction, be fined up to seventy-five dollars ($75.00) a day in
the city’s municipal court.
(c) Brush can be taken to the city yard at the west end of Beech Street
for disposal with authorization, and special consideration will be
given for natural disasters.

(a) Definitions.
Solid waste collection receptacle.
Any receptacle for the collection of solid waste provided
by the city, either directly or by contract with a third party contractor,
and located within or without the city.
(b) Offenses; penalty.
(1) A person commits an offense if a person places any material in any
solid waste collection receptacle which is provided for the service
and use of any other person without the permission of that person.
(2) Any person convicted of violating any provision of this section shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than one
dollar and not more than five hundred dollars.
