Additional inspection trips.
An additional fee of one dollar ($1.00) shall be charged for each additional trip on the part of the plumbing inspector caused by the negligence of the plumber of not being ready for inspection or a return inspection of a corrected installation.

Any person, firm or corporation desiring to engage in the business of electrical construction or of the installation of wiring and apparatus for electric lights, appliances, heating or power in the city shall, before doing so, obtain a license therefor, the fee for which shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) per year for a master electrician’s license and fifty dollars ($50.00) [for a journeyman’s license] which shall be paid into the city treasury before such license shall become effective. Such licenses may be renewed annually and shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) for a master electrician’s license and twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for a journeyman’s license.

The owner of any substandard building or structure, or his authorized representative, may appeal from the decision of the building standards commission by giving notice thereof within ten (10) days from the date of said hearing and filing with the city secretary a fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00).

(a) 
Upon filing an application for a permit to move or relocate any old or used house, building, or structure within the corporate limits, the applicant shall pay a fee of $150.00.

(a) 
It shall be unlawful for any person to construct, maintain or operate a mobile home park within the city limits without a license therefor. An initial fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00), plus five dollars ($5.00) for each mobile home lot, shall be required for the first annual mobile home park license.
(b) 
For validity, a license or nonconforming use permit must be renewed each year. The annual renewal fee shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) plus one dollar ($1.00) for each mobile home lot.
(c) 
To transfer a mobile home license or a nonconforming use permit, the transfer fee shall be fifty dollars ($50.00).

The permit fee to locate a mobile home not inside a licensed mobile home park shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00).

The fee for a nonconforming use permit for a mobile home shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00).
