The license fee for a door-to-door merchant or vendor shall
be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) plus five dollars ($5.00) for each
additional agent or employee so engaged.

Every business owner involved in the sale, manufacturing, or
distribution of alcoholic beverages within the city shall pay an annual
license fee of one-half the state fee for each permit issued by the
alcoholic beverage commission.

(a) Every
person who owns, controls, possesses, exhibits, displays or permits
to be exhibited or displayed any coin-operated machine shall pay an
annual occupation tax of seven and one-half dollars ($7.50) per machine.
(b) A five
dollar ($5.00) fee shall be charged for the release of any coin-operated
machine sealed because of nonpayment of the occupation tax levied
thereon.

A permit fee of ten dollars ($10.00) shall be charged for persons
desiring to conduct a parade or to hold a circus, carnival or tent
show within the city. This fee shall be nonrefundable regardless of
whether the permit is granted or denied.

The annual fee for the operation of any massage establishment
or nude modeling studio within the city shall be one hundred dollars
($100.00).

shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00).

The application fee for a drilling permit shall be two hundred
dollars ($200.00).
