Premises connected with water system: Charges shall be paid
by all persons owning or occupying premises which are connected with
the water system in accordance with the following schedule of rates;
and such charges as are hereinafter described are hereby levied and
assessed, as hereinafter provided:

each defined customer class, monthly water rates and charges shall
be based on metered water consumption as described on the following
tables scheduled for annual adjustments beginning on February 1, 2020
and every year that follows up through February 2024.
