All employees of the city of pineland who have reached the age of sixty-seven (67) years of age must retire on or before the last day of the calendar year in that they reach the specified age. No one may continue in the employment of the city past retirement age unless recommended first by the mayor, then approved by the city council. No extensions, thereafter.
