The International Mechanical Code, 2009 edition, published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted for the purpose of governing mechanical installations within the corporate limits of the city, a copy of which is on file in the office of the city secretary, and such code is incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein, and the provisions thereof shall be controlling with the corporate limits of the city.

The applicable fees are set forth in the fee schedule found in appendix A of this code, and may be updated periodically by the city council.
