There are two classifications of customers with respect to water rates. The two classifications shall be known as regular customers and large customers.

Regular customers shall be deemed to be those customers with an average monthly consumption of less than 5 million gallons over a 12-month period.

Large customers shall be deemed to be those customers with an average monthly consumption of greater than 5 million gallons over a 12-month period.

§ 13.04.052 Rates set for residential and commercial customers.

Rates for water and sewer services for residential and commercial customers shall be as set from time to time by the city council and maintained on file in the office of the city secretary.

§ 13.04.053 Rates set for large wholesale customers.

Rates for large wholesale customers for water shall be as set from time to time by the city council and maintained on file in the office of the city secretary.
