(a) It
shall be unlawful for any person to ignite, set off, fire, induce
the combustion of by any means, shoot, or use any fireworks without
the supervision of a competent adult.
(b) “Fireworks”
as used in this section are any contrivances of inflammable and explosive
materials combined of various proportions for the purpose of producing
in combustion beautiful or amusing scenic effect or to create a noise.
(c) An
exception may be granted by the fire marshal for a supervised fireworks
display upon issuance of a permit as approved by the state fire marshal.
