It shall be unlawful to permit water, sewage or chemical toilet
wastes or refuse to accumulate on any premises in such an unsanitary
manner so as to create offensive odors which disturb occupants of
surrounding premises and buildings.

It shall be unlawful for a person, firm or corporation to store
junk such as used automobiles and parts thereof, or used building
materials, upon any property in the city in an unsightly and unsanitary
manner so as to permit the harboring of rats, snakes and mosquitoes,
and to interfere with the orderly mowing of weeds on the premises.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sweep, haul, throw, or
deposit any garbage, handbills, trash, dirt, concrete, rocks, brick,
plaster, tile, stagnant water, dead animals, or refuse of any kind
into, upon, or along any drain, gutter, alley, or sidewalk, or upon
any public place or private premises.
