All misdemeanors named in the penal code of the state for which
the municipal court has jurisdiction are hereby declared to be offenses
against the city, and the fines and penalties and other punishments
shall be the same as is prescribed in said penal code.

It shall be unlawful to abandon or store any refrigerator, icebox,
or other receptacle that might be accessible to children without having
first removed the hinges or locking device or removing the door therefrom.
