The City of Pottsboro, Texas shall be a member of the Texoma Council of Governments for the purpose of joint planning and coordination of governmental services and policies authorized by V.T.C.A., Local Government Code, Chapter 39l and the city secretary is hereby authorized to pay the annual dues required for membership in said council of governments.
