It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, or entity to keep any swine within the city limits of City of Pottsboro, with the exception that hogs may be kept on the Pottsboro Public School grounds as are necessary for agricultural and educational purposes and one (1) miniature pet swine per household.
