(a)
The city hereby elects to join the TML Intergovernmental Employee Benefits Pool by executing the pool’s interlocal agreement.
(b)
The city hereby adopts the benefit plans attached as Exhibit A to Ordinance 1194 to be provided to its officers and employees through the TML Intergovernmental Employee Benefits Pool.
(c)
The city secretary is hereby authorized to execute the TML Intergovernmental Employee Benefits Pool’s interlocal agreement on behalf of the city.
