Unless otherwise indicated to the contrary, the following definition shall apply:
Mobile Home.
The term shall mean any vehicle or similar portable structure eight feet (8') or more in width having no foundation other than wheels, jacks, blocks, or skirting, and so designed or constructed as to permit occupancy for dwelling or sleeping purposed and which has a flush toilet and a bath or shower.

Each mobile home shall have an individual metered water and sewer direct hookup connection. Each mobile home space shall be provided with a trapped sewer connection to receive the waste from the shower, bathtub, flush toilet, lavatory and kitchen sink of the mobile home harbored in such space and having any or all such facilities. The trapped sewer in each mobile home space shall be connected to discharge the mobile home waste into the public sewerage system in compliance with applicable ordinances. The sewer connection shall be so designed to exclude all surfacewater under all conditions.
