Be it ordained by the city council of the City of Atlanta, Texas, that the City of Atlanta, Texas, hereby offers a reward of five hundred dollars ($500.00) to anyone who furnishes information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person or persons found guilty of arson committed within the corporate limits of the City of Atlanta, Texas. This reward is a standing offer and shall be paid out of the general fund of the City of Atlanta, Texas. The city council shall be the sole, exclusive and final judge in determining eligibility for said reward.
