City of Ingram, TX ARTICLE 5.02 FIRE CODE

§ 5.02.001 Adopted.

(a) The city hereby adopts the 2006 International Fire Code (IFC) for all residential and commercial construction in the city.

(b) The IFC applies to all construction, alteration, remodeling, enlargement, and repair of all residential and commercial structures.

(c) A copy of the IFC is available for review in the office of the city secretary.
