(a) 
The following hours and fee schedule are established for the Panhandle Swimming Pool:
(1) 
Hours of operation:
(A) 
Monday–Friday: 1:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
(B) 
Saturday–Sunday: 1:30 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
(2) 
Pool fee schedule:
(A) 
Daily gate fee: $2.00 per person.
(B) 
Season pass - individual: $75.00.
(C) 
Season pass - per household:
(i) 
Family of four immediate family: $125.00.
(ii) 
Each additional family member above four add: $25.00.
(b) 
Effective this date, free admission to the city swimming pool is granted to all City of Panhandle elected officials and employees, both paid and active volunteer, their spouses and school age children living at home, including full time college students.
(c) 
Private parties (two-hour minimum):
(1) 
Up to 50 people: $100.00.
(2) 
50 to 100 people: $150.00.
(d) 
Swimming lessons may be taught by an independent contractor and the cost shall be $30.00.

(a) 
The entry fee for each team to be registered in the city softball league shall be $100.00.
(b) 
The entry fee for each participant in the annual tennis tournament shall be $5.00, plus one can of new tennis balls.

(a) 
A voluntary park fee of $2.00 per connection, per month is assessed on the monthly billing statement in accompaniment of other city related services delivered by the city.
(b) 
The monthly total of revenue received as a result of the voluntary park fee will be transferred to a nonliability, interest-bearing account at the contracted city depository.
(c) 
Revenues generated from the voluntary park fee are restricted to parks and recreation related improvements of infrastructure, equipment, or apparatus.
(d) 
In the event an authorized expenditure project is approved in which the project costs exceed available resources; the city shall retain authority, within statutory guidelines, to allow future voluntary park fees to become utilized in revenue projections to satisfy requirements of alternative financing options.
