No person or persons shall fire or discharge any type or kind of firearm within the limits of the City of Panhandle, Texas, for any reason with the exception of duly authorized police officers in the necessary discharge of their duties.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be fined, upon conviction, in accordance with the general penalty provision in Section 1.109 of this code.
