It shall be unlawful or any person, persons, or group of persons to destroy, deface, or molest any street sign, street marker, or any public property owned or controlled by the City within or outside the limits of the City of Panhandle, Texas.

The City of Panhandle, Texas, hereby offers a reward of fifty dollars ($50.00) for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person, persons, or group of persons found guilty of violation of this article. This is a standing offer and shall be paid out of the general fund of the City of Panhandle, Texas.

Any person, persons, or group of persons violating any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction or on a plea of guilty, be fined in accordance with the general penalty provision in Section 1.109 of this code.
