No person shall drive any vehicle on U.S. Highway 60 within the city limits of the City of Panhandle, Texas, at a speed greater than fifty-five (55) mph at a point beginning at the east city limits and ending at the intersection of U.S. Highway 60 and Groom Avenue.

No person shall drive any vehicle on U.S. Highway 60 within the city limits of the City of Panhandle, Texas, at a speed greater than forty (40) mph beginning at the intersection of U.S. Highway 60 and Flora Avenue and ending at the intersection of U.S. Highway 60 and State Highway 207.

Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this division shall be upon conviction therefor fined in accordance with the general penalty provision in Section 1.109 of this code.
