ARTICLE A4.000 BUILDING RELATED FEES

§ A4.001 Permit for excavation activities in area of city gas system.

The costs of an excavation permit for excavation activity which takes place in the city or in the vicinity of the underground gas system owned by the city outside the city limits is $10.00 per permit.

§ A4.002 Permit for moving building.

(a)

The fee for a permit for moving a house, building or other structure is $1.00.

(b)

Any use of the streets and ways of the city in excess of the period of time stated in the permit shall be upon a rental basis of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day.
