(a)
The
city hereby offers a reward of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00)
for the arrest and conviction of any person or persons found guilty
of committing the crime of arson within the corporate limits of the
city. This reward is a standing offer, and shall be paid out of the
general fund of the city.
(b)
The
mayor is hereby authorized to pay such reward upon the arrest and
conviction of any person guilty of arson within the city limits.
