(a) 
It shall be unlawful for any person to destroy, damage or in any manner injure property of any kind placed on the public school grounds within the corporate limits of the City of Teague for pleasure of the pupils or for any other purpose.
(b) 
Any person violating this article shall on conviction be fined in accordance with the general penalty provision in Section 1.109 of this code.
