(a)
It shall be unlawful for any person to be or remain upon the premises of the city park of the City of Teague, Freestone County, Texas, between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
(b)
It is an affirmative defense to prosecution under this article that at the time of the conduct charges the actor had registered with the City Judge of the City of Teague, Texas, as a sanctioned activity to be allowed to continue past the hour of 11:00 p.m. or be held prior to 6:00 a.m.
(c)
Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and the person, or any employee, agent, manager or officer thereof, who is guilty of violating any of the provisions shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in accordance with the general penalty provision in Section 1.109 of this code for each offense, and every violation of and each and each and every day’s failure or refusal to comply with the said provisions will constitute a separate offense.
