(a)
It shall be unlawful for any persons, firm or corporation operating any garage or service station within the city limits of Teague, Texas, to permit any water escaping from any automobile wash rack to run upon or in any street, alley, ditch or into or upon any premises whatsoever within the corporate limits of Teague, Texas.
(b)
Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and the person, or any employee, agent, manager or officer thereof, who is guilty of violating any of the provisions shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in accordance with the general penalty provision in Section 1.109 of this code for each offense, and every violation of and each and every day’s failure or refusal to comply with the said provisions will constitute a separate offense.
