Uses allowed by right are those uses that are deemed compatible with other allowed uses of land in a zoning district, provided they are developed in conformity with other applicable regulations of this Zoning Ordinance. Normally the use allowed by right will be an accessory use to the primary permitted use. A complete application for development allowed by right shall be submitted to the City Manager, along with the appropriate review and inspection fee. If the City Manager determines that the proposed development is in compliance with all requirements of the City’s Ordinances, including but not limited to this Zoning Ordinance and the adopted building code, the Building Official shall issue a building permit.
