The city’s minimum administrative fee that shall be assessed when the city abates or causes to be abated a nuisance under article 7.03 shall be $50.00. Without amending this section or article 7.03, the city may impose an administrative fee greater than $50.00 if the city’s cost of implementing article 7.03 is greater than $100.00.

For consideration of an application for a burn permit pursuant to article 6.02, a fee of $5.00 is established. The mayor shall have the authority to waive the fee in cases involving unusual hardships.
