Rechecks of service lines or meters after an initial recheck is made or extra trips to turn water on and off for checking lines: $5.00.

Replacing equipment damaged through misconduct or negligence (such as meters, meter boxes, street signs, etc.): Cost of materials plus 10% and labor at current rates plus fringe.

The solid waste garbage collection and disposal rates are hereby amended to reflect the rates charged to the city by S.O.S. under the contract as reflected in addendum attached to Ordinance 2205 adopted July 19, 2022.
(b) 
To provide maintenance for CCS:

Commercial: $9.00.

Yard maintenance contractors can obtain a permit from the city for $75.00 per year that allows them to drop off yard waste at the CCS that has been collected within the city.

When weather or holidays prohibit CCS site from being opened on Friday, it will be opened the preceding Thursday if possible or the following Monday as a second option.
(c) 
Tire fees: Fees must be paid to city office and receipt in hand in order to dump.
