The city council does hereby adopt the International Plumbing Code, 2021 edition and appendices, as published and filed with the city secretary, as the official plumbing code of the city for regulating the erection, installation, alteration, repair, relocation, replacement, addition to, use and maintenance of plumbing systems located within the city and is hereby referred to, incorporated herein and made a part of this code. The city council hereby expressly adopts any and all subsequently published editions to said code together with all appendices and amendments thereof as the official plumbing code of the city.
