Clarksville City, TX ARTICLE A2.000 BUSINESS RELATED FEES

§ A2.001 Peddler’s or solicitor’s permit.

Each application for a peddler’s or solicitor’s permit shall be accompanied by nonrefundable fee of $500.00 per person covered by such application.

§ A2.002 Commercial timber harvesting.

Fees for commercial timber harvesting activities:

(1) Nonrefundable application fee: $200.00.

(2) Refundable cleanup fee: $500.00.

§ A2.003 Alcoholic beverage license.

The city shall levy and collect from every person licensed as provided under the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code a fee on each license equal to one-half (1/2) of the fee levied by the state for such license.

§ A2.004 Sexually oriented business license.

The applicant for a license for operation of a sexually oriented business shall pay a fee in the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). The renewal fee is $100.00.
