The city shall assess and collect fees for certain services
rendered by the fire department. The fees for use of equipment and
supplies shall be assessed and collected when such equipment and/or
supplies are used in connection with the following events or incidents:
(1)
Vehicle
fires;
(2)
Vehicle
accidents;
(3)
Hazardous
material spills or releases;
(4)
Rescues
or rescue attempts at low water crossings; and
(5)
Fire
suppression resulting from arson.
