A building or premises within the “R-2” - Residential
District Two shall be used only for the following purposes;
(1)
Any use permitted in the “R-1” Residential District One.
(2)
Boarding, lodging, and rooming houses.
(3)
Hospitals, excepting tubercular, liquor, narcotic, insane, feebleminded,
or animal hospitals.
