The tax collector shall charge a fee of ten dollars ($10.00)
for each certificate issued and retain this fee as payment for such
services as duly rendered.

The city shall charge the state-mandated rate for all requests
for public records.

A service charge of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be levied
and assessed by the city when any amount due the city is paid by check
or automatic draft or other means of electronic transfer of funds
and the check, draft or other order for the payment of money is dishonored
because of insufficient funds or because of a stop payment order.
The city administration shall maintain a sign in city hall near the
place where city payments are received which shall read “There
is a twenty-five dollar service charge on all returned checks.”
The service charge herein referred to shall be added to any account
on which the check was issued as payment.

The city manager shall establish the rate for copying any and
all non-city-related documents.

(a) Operators of trucks with a carrying capacity of five (5) tons or more who otherwise meet the criteria of section
12.05.004(b),
(c) or
(d), of this code, shall be required to first obtain an annual parking permit.
(b) The
annual fee for such parking permit shall be $100.00. Such annual permits
shall be effective for a one-year period, which period commences on
October 1st of a year and expires on September 30th of the following
year. This fee shall not be prorated and any operator of such trucks
who desires to obtain a permit for any period that commences prior
to October 1st of any year shall pay the full $100.00 for whatever
period remains of that year through September 30th of that year.
