(a) 
A person who is arrested after issuance and service of an arrest warrant for an offense under section 38.10, Penal Code, or under V.T.C.A., Transportation Code, section 543.009, shall be assessed a special charge in the amount of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
(b) 
A person who is arrested after issuance and service of an arrest warrant for failure to appear under article 17.04, Code of Criminal Procedure, shall be assessed a special charge in the amount of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).

(a) 
If the city abates a public nuisance under article 8.06, a fifty dollar ($50.00) administrative fee shall be assessed to the owner of the property.
(b) 
A fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be charged for furnishing a written release of lien.
(c) 
Weedy lot administrative review:
(1) 
To undertake extensive examination of the appropriate file, the requesting party shall pay a $30.00 administrative examination fee.
(2) 
For any release of lien preparation and recording, there shall be a $50.00 administrative fee.

(a) 
The person obtaining the permit for a well which is fifty (50) feet or less in depth shall pay an inspection fee of five dollars ($5.00).
(b) 
An inspection fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be charged to the driller or developer by the city for each final permit granted for water wells which are over fifty (50) feet in depth.
