(a) 
Hours restricted.
Hereafter it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to use the city park for any purpose, or be found therein after 11 o’clock p.m. of any day, unless there has been granted a special permit, as hereinafter provided. All parks shall be closed to the public between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. each day.
(b) 
Permit.
Any person or persons, desiring to use the city park after the hour of 11:00 p.m. of any day, shall first make application to the city secretary for a special permit for such use, and such park shall not be used after said hour of any day, without a permit being issued therefor. Upon proper application being made, upon a form to be provided by city council, said city secretary is hereby authorized to issue such permit.
(c) 
Penalty.
Any person or persons violating this article, shall upon conviction, be fined as provided for in the general penalty provision found in section 1.01.009 of this code, and each use of such park shall be deemed to be a separate offense.

(a) 
For the purposes of this section, the words “public property” shall mean any property held for public use by any department or branch of government, federal, state, county, school or municipal.
(b) 
No person shall willfully interfere with, disrupt or prevent the orderly conduct of any supervised play or amusement program being conducted by the recreation department of the city in any building, swimming pool, playground, golf course or park area located in or on any public property within the city.
(c) 
No person shall remain in any building, swimming pool, playground, golf course or park area located in or on any public property within the city, after being advised by the supervisor of a supervised play or amusement program being conducted by the recreation department in or on any public property that he is interfering with, disrupting or preventing the orderly conduct of such supervised play or amusement program, and after having been asked to leave any building, swimming pool, playground, golf course or park area located in or on any public property within the city.

(a) 
No person shall bring or carry or have in his possession within any public park in the city any intoxicating beverage.
(b) 
If any officer of the city or of the state sees any person violating the terms of this section, he shall immediately seize such intoxicating beverage and shall hold the same as evidence until the trial of the accused party, and shall thereafter dispose of such intoxicating beverage.
