This Chapter may be amended from time to time by the governing
body after the appropriate referrals, notices, hearings and other
requirements of law.

If any portion of this Chapter is for any reason held to be
unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction,
such decision shall not affect the validity of this Chapter as a whole,
or any other part thereof.

If the terms of this Chapter shall be in conflict with those
of another Ordinance of the Code of the Township of Neptune, then
the restriction which imposes the greater limitation shall be enforced.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances of the Township of Neptune
which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Chapter are hereby
repealed to the extent of such inconsistency only.

Immediately upon adoption of this Chapter, the Township Clerk
shall file a copy of this Chapter with the County Planning Board as
required by law. The Township Clerk shall also file with the said
County Planning board copies of all other ordinances of the municipality
relating to land use.

This Chapter shall take effect on July 24, 2000 and upon the
filing thereof with the Monmouth County Planning Board after final
passage, adoption, and publication by the Township Committee of the
Township of Neptune in the manner prescribed by law.
