This chapter shall be in full force and effect from and after their adoption and publication by the City as provided in MGL c. 83, § 10, and shall be filed with the City Clerk as required by MGL c. 40, § 33.
This chapter may be amended and reissued by the City as is deemed necessary or appropriate from time to time pursuant to MGL c. 83, § 10.
