(a) 
With the cooperation and at the request of the city fire department, the following rules are laid down concerning the fire trucks.
(b) 
The proper alarms must be sounded as follows:
(1) 
1 blast of the fire siren denotes Main Street.
(2) 
2 blasts of the fire siren denotes the east side of Main Street.
(3) 
3 blasts of the fire siren denotes the west side of Main Street.
(4) 
4 blasts of the fire siren denotes any rural fire.
(c) 
It shall be a violation to leave in the first fire truck with less than two (2) firemen on the truck.
(d) 
It shall be a violation to take the Ford pumper to another town with less than four (4) firemen.
