The city council hereby adopts the booklet entitled “2011 Edition of the City of Haslet Personnel Policies” as the official personnel policies of the city. This booklet and the policies stated therein are fully adopted as though copied into this code in their entirety, and such booklet is attached to Ordinance 005-2011 and made a part of this code by reference. The 2011 edition of the city personnel policies shall be maintained as a public record in the office of the city secretary and will be available for public inspection and copying during regular business hours.

The city may from time to time determine that additional modifications to the 2011 edition of the city personnel policies adopted herein are necessary and appropriate to meet the needs of the city. To effectuate modifications, the city council may enact individual ordinances amending this article fully setting forth the change(s) to be made in the 2011 edition of the personnel policies. Such subsequent amendments shall be consolidated as an exhibit to this article, and shall be maintained as a public record in the office of the city secretary.
