A utility deposit shall be paid in accordance with article 5.000 of this fee schedule.

The monthly fee for one time per week residential curbside trash collection and recycling and participation in the household hazardous waste porch pickup program is $16.00, which includes one vendor-provided semi-automated cart per residence. Additional carts are available for $4.35 per cart per month for those residents who opt for this service.

Commercial service accounts will be billed by the city’s franchise contractor to the customer in the amounts as specified in the city’s franchise agreement.
