Where permission is granted for burning within the corporate limits of the city or within the city municipal airport, it shall be done under the supervision of the fire department.

Any entity found violating any of the conditions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and the person who is guilty of violating any of the provisions shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined a sum not exceeding the maximum amount established by state law for each offense, and every violation shall be a separate offense.
