(a)
Prohibited in designated areas; posting of signs.
It
shall be forbidden for any person to smoke in any municipal public
building of the city if such buildings have been provided with a properly
displayed sign in their entranceway announcing that no smoking will
be permitted in such building. Additionally, such buildings will have
a similarly prominent sign in any room or area principally designed
for a public meeting place.
(b)
Penalty.
Any person who violates, disobeys, or neglects or refuses to comply with, or resists the enforcement of, any of the provisions of this section will be fined in accordance with the general penalty provision found at section 1.01.009. Each incident shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such.
