This Chapter shall be known and may be cited as "the City Schedule
of Fees, Fines, Costs and Deposits."

The provisions of this Chapter shall be in effect in all areas
within the boundaries of the City of St. Charles.

The following schedule of fees and charges shall apply for all
City operations or as imposed by ordinance, unless otherwise specifically
provided for elsewhere in the City's Code of Ordinances, and, further,
are subject to any regulation stated therein:
